As a PhD in Computer science, I wanted to sharpen my technical expertise and become an expert. I assist customers and colleagues with technical insights. That way, I can make a difference. I take real pleasure in sharing my expertise, coaching and training fellow consultants in the technical track.

I started my career in very technical roles. I have always been curious about the business and strategy part, but did not know how to get there. At Addestino, I found out. My first eighteen months were full of discoveries. I was knee-deep in complex business challenges and found out I had the potential to tackle them successfully, all thanks to my company coaches.

After graduation, I wanted to build applications. So naturally, I began my career as a software developer. Few months in, I discovered that analyzing customer’s challenges gave me more energy. Addestino offered me the chance to quickly pivot and explore assignments as both technical and later business analyst. Later on, I discovered the consultant track which, to my surprise, piqued my interest and became my preferred way forward.
